Bottles are impossible to open!!
- - I love Gatorade, but I can't open the bottles.
- - I have to cut the lid with a serrated knife, which is dangerous.

I absolutely love Gatorade, but I cannot open the bottles at all. I end up having to use a serrated knife to cut the lid off, which is so dangerous!
Why don't they have the easy-to-open lids anymore? It's insane!!!

I love Gatorade, its one of my favorite sport drinks, but the bottles are INSANELY difficult to open. I drink a lot of Gatorade, but EVERY SINGLE TIME it physically hurts to open them, I have cuts all over the delicate skin on my hands.
It hurts a lot, and I cant open anything now. Please fix this Gatorade!

Trouble opening containers. I love to drink Gatorade but I’m 50 and arthritis has become an issue to open your containers. Please please please make it easier to open or in will have to swap drinks.
I can'topen the bottles on some mornings. Older people cannot open their favorite drinks due to the seal that Gatorade has instilled

Inquire about bulk purchase
I received a quick email response, but it didn't address the question I was asking. I was asking about the bulk purchase of the premixed G Zero, but I was referred to bulk powder, which I don't want.

Buy the same flavor and it has a disgusting taste in some bottles but a normal delicious taste in others.

Every time I grab a bottle, and pay quite a bit, of the Original Lemon Lime it's Russian Roulette! Either I get the delicious flavor I've enjoyed for decades or I get a mouth shriveling up taste of Lavender.
I'm sure they're bottled in different facilities, maybe, but I can't find any difference on the bottles. It doesn't matter what store they're purchased at, it's the same dice roll. I'm either enjoying thirst quenching deliciousness or I'm gagging.

Can't open small Gatorade zero bottles
- - Store was out of the middle size orange; I bought small orange zero.
- - I will return the bottles due to caps not opening after hot water and banging.
I usually by the 12 pkg middle size zero orange but the store was out of it. I purchased the case of small orange zero and am unable to open so I'm going to have to return the bottles.
I ran caps under hot water, banged the bottle cap on a kitchen counter and they won't open.
Never had problems with mid size zero. U need to change caps on small bottles.
They sent me two $3.00 coupons for Gatorade products. I hope they considered making a more manageable cap on their small bottles of zero Gatorade

I have a hard time finding zero sugar grape so I've been ordering it. My last order I got 12 oz bottles and can't open them.

Mold in gatorade
Mold was found in our drinks.
One bottle was half drank before realizing. Very disappointed as we were sick and bought these drinks to get more fluids in us.

Searching for a Gatorade product

I called the number provided woman I got on the phone had no knowledge of anything. Very poor customer service.
I asked if there was anybody I can speak to because I was interested in purchasing some Gatorade zero the Freezys and she had no idea what I was talking about or couldnt send me or give me another number or didnt know who to send me to. She said there was no one else to speak to about it. Very poor customer service and I buy your products constantly and I was just looking to see if you had them in a freeze the Gatorade or the Gatorade zeros in the freezer I know they sell them somewhere.
Im just trying to find a place up here in Palm Desert, California, where I live who sells them or carries or deals with them. I want to freeze like almost similar like the popsicles, but I guess you call them freeze whatever and the woman was not knowledgeable at all very nasty on the phone and in a hurry to get me off the phone very poor customer service.

I’d say more like “poor consumer” on your part. Don’t waste people’s time unless you know the name of the product.
It doesn’t exist. And PepsiCo even warns NOT to freeze Gatorade as it affects the taste.
The only product that shows up online is Gatorade Zero Glacier Freeze 20 oz drink (also available in a 12-pack 12oz bottles) and a Glacier Freeze Powder.
